We have developed effective ways for our partner in the Netherlands, ApotheekCoach which enables the pharmacies to stay in touch with their patients. The communication is mainly digital and patients can be reached either via SMS and/or email.

Patients are informed about the latest status of their prescription, they can choose if they want to have their prescription delivered or if they want to pick it up. Moreover, Pharmacy can provide the patients with an instructional video which includes information about the medication.
